Garage:

$30.00 fee per garage per month.

Application Fee:

$25.00 fee per adult. All adults living in the apartment must be approved through the office and on lease.

Utilities:

Tenants are responsible for electric which must be in tenants name upon move in.

Complex pays for water, sewer and trash.

Pets:

Cats are the only pets permitted. Cats require an additional $100.00 per cat non-refundable deposit and $20.00 monthly pet rent fee will be charged to cat owners. Maximum of 2 cats/apartment allowed.

Smoking:

Highridge Court Apartments is a non-smoking property.

Smoking of any variety is not permitted anywhere on the grounds.
